1)Take main meals 6X per days
2)Eat more potatoes
3)Drink Weight Gain milk / any other brand for weight gain
4)Eat cheddar cheese everyday with bread
5)Eat chicken everyday
6)Drink another milk such Anlene/Full Cream MIlk
7)Pure Honey taken as a drink
